TERMINAL01 KIOSK
As a mode of research W I D E Studio pursues smaller installations as a way of projecting larger possibilities. This project presented the opportunity to investigate an animate surface, where notions of tactility, temporality and participatory traces create a backdrop for interactive digital art.

The divided image of flocking planes responds to the transient qualities of the space and the fleeting interactions of passengers. As the formal composition of the installation deviates from the directionality of airport traffic, a momentary pause is created.
